Kitago Sdn Bhd in association with our social enterprise called Malaysian Social Development Organization ‘Pertubuhan Kemajuan Sosial Malaysia’ (PKSM) has 13 years of experience in addressing human capital through an entrepreneurship training program called ‘empower’ in 6 states of Malaysia. More than 60,000 Malaysians have benefited from this program.

Surain Kanda is a social entrepreneur, business and motivational speaker. Surain’s story has impacted thousands of lives and many have been motivated directly by his words on stage. Motivation, perseverance, hard work, and the willingness to take risks, fall down, get back up, and do it again have made Surain Kanda an amazing entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and technical prodigy at the young age.
Surain Kanda has coached more than 60,000 people mainly entrepreneurs and start-ups – sharing his inspiration, award winning attitude, and down to earth stories about how to be successful in this journey of navigating life. Many had recognized his unique way of speaking and the examples used that touches their hearts to create changes in their lives.
He has been awarded the “Business Leadership Excellence Award” by World Leadership Congress and Awards in Dubai, 2015, The BrandLaureate SMEs BestBrands Award 2022, and Malaysia Education and TVET Awards 2022 – Best NGO for Human Capital Development Entrepreneurship Skills Training.
